On-location, Management Consulting
Q: What types of
organizations do you work with?
A: We work with both for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations
to help them with the challenges they face to growing or expanding
their services, and standardizing and optimizing their internal and
external processes.
Q: Who is a good
candidate for on-location business growth consulting?
A:
Business owners who want expert eyes and ears onsite to quickly assess
their needs and receive the full benefit of our experience, education,
and training based on our direct observation review.
We work with you to create, develop, and implement programs and systems to help you quickly raise revenue. Then we help you evaluate and refine those strategies to further improve your business performance.
Q: How is on-location
consulting different from phone-based coaching?
A:
Business owners must agree to a minimum of 2 hours per week (initially)
of direct face-to-face on-location time in order to identify areas for
improvement and formulate effective improvement strategies in a timely
manner, in addition to the time we will spend onsite reviewing internal
and external business operation.
Then we stay with you to further plan and help execute business growth strategies and provide follow on executive business coaching over the longer term to ensure the systems we develop are implemented, the gains maintained, and the culture changes institutionalized. Our focus on is measurable, bottom line results.
Q: What types of
businesses are good candidates for on-location, business growth
consulting?
A: We help cost-effectively grow small and mid-cap businesses in:
- The professions, such as dentists, chiropractors, and CPAs,
- Service industries, or
- Retail and wholesale product sales industries
The ideal business has been running for several years and has gross revenue of between $500K and $25M. Businesses outside of these industry and revenue categories will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What types of
things do you work with your clients on?
A:
We work with you on a broad range of issues as a confidential,
strategic thinking partner for business development, as well as
leadership and management challenges, time management and productivity,
goal setting, career advancement/change, and communications, to name a
few.
We also help with challenges including overwhelm and burn out, sales slumps and marketing issues, employee underperformance and conflict, confusion about next steps, operational inefficiency, high employee turnover, and always putting out fires with no time to focus on longer term goals.
